A "No Diet Drug" shouldnt have a lot of restrictions.

You are encouraged to consume at least 1200-1800 calories a day! Caloric Restriction is not required to see weight loss results. We’ve noticed when patients continue low caloric restriction, they can stall in their weight loss journey, or if they consume too many refined carbs. The Semaglutide Diet typically includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, legumes and grains, and a very moderate intake of dairy products. 
Foods to Eat

Meat: Beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, pork and others

Fish and seafood: Salmon, trout, haddock, shrimp, shellfish, etc

Eggs: Choose pastured, free-range or omega-3 enriched eggs if possible

Vegetables: Broccoli, sprouts, leafy greens like spinach, arugula or kale, peppers, onions, carrots, tomatoes, etc

Fruits: Apples, bananas, oranges, pears, avocados, strawberries, blueberries, melons, kiwis and more

Tubers: Potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, turnips, etc

Nuts and seeds: Almonds, macadamia nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax, and hemp seeds etc. and fresh grind nut butters or with No Sugar/Sweeteners added are also permissible.

Legumes: Beans (black, red, kidney), garbonzos, pinto, lentils and many more.

Protein Powders: Carb count should be lower than 10g per serving, no added sugars, plant based is best

Dairy: Low lactose cheeses (under 4%) like Feta, hard parmesan, mozzarella, gouda, cheddar. Moderate intake of Yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, or sour cream is permitted.

Beneficial Grains and Fibers: Quinoa, rice - brown, wild, white in moderation (avoid instant if possible), oatmeal, psyllium husk, acacia fiber. 

Beneficial fats and oils: Extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil and others

Herbs and spices: Sea salt, garlic, turmeric, rosemary, basil, cayenne, ginger etc

Sauces: Low sodium or No Sugar Added are best, Coconut Aminos can be used to substitute for Soy Sauce. Be adventurous and create your sauces from scratch!

Foods to Avoid:
Highly processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, most dairy products, artificial sweeteners, Some vegetable oils: Soybean oil, sunflower oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil, grapeseed oil, safflower oil, margarine and trans fats. Includes breads and pastas. Everything labeled “diet” or “low-fat” or that has many additives. Includes artificial meal replacements.
A simple guidelineIf it looks like it was made in a factory, don’t eat it.
Summary Eat:
whole, unprocessed foods like meat, seafood, eggs, veggies, fruits, potatoes,
nuts, healthy fats and spices. If possible, choose grass-fed and organic
products.
Summary Avoid:
all processed foods and ingredients, including sugar, bread, certain vegetable
oils, trans fats and artificial sweeteners.
Sensible Indulgences:
The foods and beverages below are perfectly fine in small amounts. When taking Semaglutide, you can indulge in small amounts of red wine and dark chocolate from time to time. 
Water should be your drink of choice when following the Semaglutide diet.
 
Wine: Quality red wine is high in antioxidants and beneficial nutrients.
Tea: Tea is very healthy and loaded with antioxidants and various beneficial compounds. Green tea is best, watch out for added sugars in pre-bottled options.
Coffee: Coffee is actually very high in antioxidants as well. Studies show that it has many health benefits, try drinking it without sweeteners or cream.
Dark chocolate: Choose one that has 70% or higher cocoa content. Quality dark chocolate is very nutritious and extremely healthy.
*You can also use the paleo diet as a starting point, adding in a few other healthy
food options and gluten-free grains.
