Our HCG is compounded in the United States by licensed pharmacies and is available as injectable kits. Patients use HCG injections in conjunction with a very low calorie diet for weight loss. Adding either B12, NAD+ or Lipo (MIC+B12) as a separate injection or "troche" (pharmaceutical lozenge) will help maximize weight loss. The HCG diet can be done in either a 28 or 40 day round. Many have reported dramatic weight loss of 20lbs or more on the HCG diet. Our injections and combination programs are shown below. For Troches (Lozenges), lipotropics and other weight loss medication please see our full catalog.

What is HCG?
Human chorionic gonadotropin, or HCG, is a protein-based hormone that is typically produced in the placenta during pregnancy. The hormone plays different roles in male and female sexual development. Due to this function, it can also increase the rate of metabolism and efficiently mobilize fat stores in order to provide for a developing fetus. It is this feature of the hormone that is believed to aid in fat loss. In much smaller dosages, the hormone is used in weight loss programs, like Dr. A.T. W. Simeons' HCG Diet.
In the 1950's, Simeons speculated that HCG allowed the body to access and burn trapped fat reserves that the body saves to store energy, and increase metabolism rates while partaking in a diet with a limited calorie intake. HCG would also allow the patient to do so without the experience of hunger pains: It assists in the "re-setting" the hypothalamus, a small region of the brain located near the pituitary gland responsible for the regulation of hormones, control of appetite, maintaining daily physiological cycles, and more. It is this reset that Simeons believed would alter the body's metabolism and how it burns fat.
Beyond their role in the the diet, injections of HCG are also used as a fertility treatment for both men and women. In higher doses, HCG has been known to help increase testosterone levels in men, and help stimulate ovulation in women.
Our HCG Programs
Compounded in the United States by licensed U.S pharmacies, our Human Chorionic Gonadotropin is available as injectable kits (HCG injections) as prescribed by our physicians. Daily injections are used in conjunction with a very low calorie diet (500 calories a day) and recommended moderate exercise over a 20-30 day cycle.
Our doctors evaluate all orders and consult with all patients to ensure that the HCG injections, HCG diet and associated calorie restriction is best for you. HCG Injections and combination programs and products are listed in our catalog. For Troches (Lozenges), lipotropics and other weight loss medication and products, please see our full catalog.
Supplement your Program with Lipo and B12
B12 or Lipo (MIC+B12) can be added as a separate injection or pharmaceutical lozenge ("troche") 2-3 times weekly will help maximize weight loss. The HCG diet can be done in either a 28 or 56 day round. Many have reported weight loss of 20lbs or more on the program.
Who is the HCG Diet for?
In general, the HCG diet is suitable for any relatively healthy adult man or woman with a high body mass index (BMI)and the desire or need to lose weight. People with certain medical conditions, including pregnancy, may not be approved for HCG injections or the diet. Those with such medical conditions should consider other weight loss programs including a regular fitness routine and healthy eating.
Why HCG injections?
A restricted calorie diet alone can slow your metabolism and shift your body into survival mode, which can result in the breaking down muscular tissues. It may result in an increased risk of gallstones and the burning of vital fat important to human health. A reduced calorie diet can also put your blood vessels, brain, and vital organs at risk.
HCG is believed to mobilize the unnecessary fat that is stored deep in the body and safeguard essential fat, all while preserving muscle.
Is injectable HCG safe?
Our experienced medical doctors evaluate all patients. Health information and data must be provided through the completion of a medical questionnaire along with a telemedical consultation.
USHCGShots.com recommends that you consult your physician prior to beginning any diet notify them of any known medical data, conditions, or prescribed medication you may be taking before partaking in an injections program. Refer to our diet instructions and medical questionnaire, and be sure to consult your own doctor or physician.

Side Effects and Precautions
Like most calorie restricted diets, the most common side effects experienced by most patients on HCG and the HCG diet are feelings of hunger and reduced energy. While the HCG diet is designed to maintain muscle while reducing fat, the reduced calorie intake can affect energy levels. You may be advised by our doctor to reduce your physical activity or fitness regime while on the program.
While HCG injections are also used as a treatment for infertility in both men and women, it can be harmful during pregnancy. Notify your doctor if you are pregnant or become pregnant during the program.
